I ordered a pair of shoes from Champs Sports online website and I tried them on for under two minutes inside my house with clean socks on, but they were too small. I followed the exchange form correctly and exchanged them completely clean.

I had not gotten anything back for a couple weeks, so I called about three times, yet I received no help. The people I spoke with on the phone were completely confused, and frankly represented their company poorly. The fourth time I called, I spoke with yet another confused costumer representative, Jaime, and she told me that the shoes were returned "dirty". I told her that there was absolutely no possible way that that happened.

She then checked again and said that there was a piece of lint in the shoe and they could no longer sell it. I then spoke with their rude supervisor, TJ. He told me that they were returning the "dirty" shoes back to me and I could re-exchange them at a Champ's store my own risk. I asked for a possible refund, but he then continued to have no room for common sense and hung up on me.

I am extremely disappointed in the way they failed to help me. I would advise to never order from this unreliable service.

Their business is awful. I am mad that I did not check on how low of a rating they had before I ordered.
