Champs Sports - Online in store pick up is a scam

Ordered shoes online for in store pick up went to get them was told no order on file despite my confirmation email and finds deducted from my account. Store mgr told me he couldn’t cancel my order only customer service could called and waited for 45 minutes to get a rep. Cancelled my order asked for confirmation and they refused saying they don’t provide cancellation confirmation numbers only their word and eventually an email would come and say it was cancelled. Had to call my bank and file a claim to try and get my refund processed.

Champs Sports in Wichita, Kansas - Haven’t got my refund had to file dispute

I placed a order on December 10 and my order was confirmed then two days later when I emailed them asking why I haven’t received my tracking they said my item was out of stock and I was not charged. I paid 248$ on dec 10 it’s december 19 still no refund and can’t seem to reach customer service. Stay away this place is trash.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with the customer service for a week now but whenever I call it’s busy. Please I’ve called at all different times. I’ve called at 3am and they’re still busy?! How.
